New: creating PDFs from tunebooks (nice printouts)

As promised... here's the first, still a bit experimental version of a tunebook converter, to create neat (I hope) printable PDFs out of the ABCs in a tunebook:

Hallo Stephan,
there is a version of abc that allows you to transpose correctly and make excellent PDF's to print. The name is abc-edit. It's free after sending an e-mail to joop Coolegem, you get a licence and it works. Here is the link http://members.quicknet.nl/j.coolegem/abcedit...
Your tunebook is also really excellent, with nice tunes, but why bother with the abc problems when somebody did it already.
